Private guided tour · Plaça del Teatre, La Rambla
Your own guide walks your group from the Raval through Passeig de Gràcia to Casa Milà, then rides the metro with you to Casa Vicens, with skip-the-line tickets for both houses. Pick it for the pace: it is your group only, up to 8 people, and the guide fits the day to you.

This tour follows Gaudí across the city. It begins in the Raval at Palau Güell, one of his first big commissions, then walks through the garden of the old Santa Creu hospital, where he died in 1926 after a tram hit him on Gran Via. Gaudí Year 2026 marks the centenary of his death. From there you walk up Passeig de Gràcia, past Casa Batlló and the block the listing calls the Block of Discord, with works by four leading Modernista architects side by side.
At Casa Milà you skip the line and explore the rooms and the rooftop with an audio guide in your language. After the 3-hour walking part, the guide takes you on a short metro ride to Casa Vicens, where you have a skip-the-line ticket and about an hour more in Gaudí's first house. Inside both houses you explore with the audio guide, and the guide's stories come in between. Gaudí took the commission in 1878, aged 26, for the stockbroker Manuel Vicens i Montaner. The plans were signed on 15 January 1883 and the summer house went up from 1883 to 1885, when Gràcia was still a separate town.
The tour is private, up to 8 people, and it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Palau Güell is closed on Mondays. The listing has 4.5 stars from 20 reviews, and guests name the guides Jennifer, Horacio, Oriol and Frederic. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before.
